ETAS organises two annual events a year: the two-day Annual Conference and AGM held in January, and the one-day Professional Development Day with the Special Interest Groups (SIGs). Six months before each conference the ETAS Administrator sends an invitation to publishers, schools and other supporting groups to participate in the upcoming conference in a number of ways.
Register for the Book Exhibition
Due to limited space in our venues, exhibition space is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis (by registration). Exhibitors are encouraged to register early. If the sponsor would like the company’s name to be included in the conference programme, they are asked to ensure their registration is received before the deadline.
There are several advertising options available for ETAS publications, including the conference programmes. For full details, please contact Katie Hayoz, the ETAS Administrator.
In addition to the above support, there are several possibilities to sponsor an event, such as providing or helping cover the costs of: lanyards, coffee, croissants, apéro, fruit baskets, flowers, etc. On the invitation supporters are invited to review a list of sponsorship items and to contact the National Events Chair for the Annual Conference and AGM, and the Professional Development Day conference to discuss the various opportunities.
