English Teacher Position – Very Young Learners and Young Learners – Vaud (Aigle – Vevey) (Sep. 2025 – Jun. 2026)

Hiring now for training purposes- May and June in house training months
We are looking for an English mother-tongue or equivalent TEACHER for a part-time teaching position, joining an existing team.
The English Club has been active offering its services for 21 years in the Montreux Riviera region in Switzerland. We offer quality English lessons.
Teaching English to group classes after school hours – children between the ages of 3 and 18 years
Few teaching hours, Monday to Friday
Training Contract June 2025 and Teaching Contract Sept 2025- June 2026 – no classes during official Canton of Vaud school holidays.
Additional private lessons can be organised if interested.
Own vehicle a plus.
The ability to teach online (Zoom) is required (in case of specific requests).
Only Swiss Residents/ Permit holders please
Experience
Experience teaching very young learners and young learners. Experience preparing pupils for Cambridge YLE Starters, Movers, Flyers, KEY for Schools, PET for Schools, First Certificate for schools and Advanced exams is a plus.
Qualifications
Ideally holder of CELTA / CELTYL and/or TESOL. TEFL Certificate holders with teaching experience welcome to apply Compulsory in-house workshops are organised prior to start of teaching
