Developing and assessing writing skills at B2 and C1 - 5 April - Chur

Register now for the free teacher workshop in Chur on "Developing and assessing writing skills at B2 and C1".

In this practical workshop, teachers will establish and clarify the assessment scales that are applied to the writing component in Cambridge English: B2 First (FCE) and Cambridge English: C1 Advanced (CAE).

These criteria will be applied to authentic Swiss sample scripts for the Part One essay task and to a Part Two task at each level. This will give teachers hands-on practice in assessing their own students’ written work.

In addition, a focus on activities will be incorporated that will help the learners to develop their writing skills.

All our workshops include an afternoon break with food and drinks. We believe that the professional exchange and networking at these events is very important and, therefore, allow enough time for such interaction. Swiss Exams staff will be present to support you with any queries you may have.
