Where teachers meet and learn

St Gallen

The St. Gallen region counts approximately 70 members: enthusiastic and dedicated teachers who find further education and socialising inspiring. We regularly hold workshops and seminars which cover diverse topics and cater for any teacher’s needs.

A qualified teacher for all levels of English, Karen Kerley, the St Gallen Regional Coordinator, actively supports teachers with Teacher Training programmes as well as schools and students taking Cambridge English exams. Her aim is to offer support to all teachers of English by offering professional events and networking possibilities in the region of St. Gallen and nearby regions.

A long-standing member of the Association, she has been very thankful to ETAS for the continued support of her professional career. She is looking forward to returning to the post of St Gallen Regional Coordinator, a position she previously held for four years. One of her final achievements was leading the Local Organising Committee which helped organise the AGM in Appenzell in 2002.  Karen then went on to serve ETAS for two years as Public Relations Chair on the Executive Committee.

Stay tuned for more news of upcoming local / regional events! You can contact Karen directly by email!
