NB: Workshops are on a first-come, first-served basis, and no reservation is necessary. However, the workshop rooms have limited capacity (which will have to be strictly adhered to), so it would be very helpful if you could indicate the workshops that you are interested in attending. Then we will have an idea which workshops are going to be very popular and will need the bigger rooms. To make sure you can attend the workshops you are interested in, please get to your workshop room early. Also, please have a second or third choice ready in case the room is already full. You can also offer to be the workshop supervisor, which will guarantee you a place. Thanks for your support.

In an effort to reduce admin costs, ETAS does not issue invoices or confirmations of registration or payments.

If your conference fee is going to be paid by someone other than yourself (e.g. your company), please give their details in the "Comments" box below and ask them to indicate your name on the payment, so it can be processed correctly on our side. Thank you.

Cancellations: If you have registered and are prevented from attending, please send a cancellation to ETAS Administration (office@e-tas.ch). In case of last-minute cancellation, please call +41 (0)24 420 32 54 and follow the instructions.
Cancellations received before 31st August 2013 will incur a 50% cancellation charge. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded, unless a medical certificate can be provided (50% refund).
No-shows will be charged.
